How and when will my order ship?

All orders are shipped USPS Ground, generally within 2 weeks of order date.

For orders valued over $250, signature delivery will be required. (I am not able to replace packages that are stolen/missing after USPS confirms that they have been correctly delivered, as they will not credit them at that point. Thank you for your understanding.)

Do you ship internationally?

Orders can currently be shipped to addresses in the US and Canada. At this time, I am not able to offer other international shipping.

What’s your return policy?

All art sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, please email me with photos and I’ll make it right.

Commissions?

I am not currently taking commissions.

How do I find out when you have any prints or original works available?

I generally give first notice of available works and prints via my email newsletter, and they are available on a first-come-first-served basis.

I have a rotating selection of original works available at Mojave Flea Trading Post in Yucca Valley.

The best way to find out about new work is via my substack or newsletter (below), and I keep an updated exhibition schedule here.

Can I get a print in a larger size?

In most cases, no… but I do offer a small catalog of works in larger print sizes from 16x16” up to 24x24”, on a print-to-order basis. Please email hello@kelseywickwire.com with inquiries. (Custom printing is not something that I am able to offer all the time- thanks in advance for your understanding)

Tattoos?

I offer a “tattoo pass” for folks that want to use one of my existing works for a tattoo design- it’s a way you can support my work in exchange for permission to use the design, and get it tattooed by any tattoo artist willing where ever you are. You can find more info in the “prints” section of my website.

If you are local, or traveling, to Western Montana, you can join my wait list for a hand-poke ceremonial tattoo through Yucca Moon House. I will begin booking clients in summer 2026.
