How and when will my order ship?

All domestic orders are shipped USPS Ground, generally within 2-3 weeks of order date.

For domestic orders valued over $250, signature delivery will be required.

Canadian orders are shipped via USPS/Canada Post. Order internationally at your own risk, I am not responsible for orders lost by customs.

Once the package is shipped, I have no control over it. Please be patient and refer back to your tracking number. Please be aware that some orders are taking longer than expected, especially when being shipped overseas. Please be aware that in some circumstances, you will need to pick up your order from your local postal office. You are responsible for keeping track of your package once it is sent out to you. If your order is returned for incorrect address, you will need to pay additional shipping to be sent to the correct address. I am not able to replace packages that are stolen/missing after USPS confirms that they have been correctly delivered, as they will not credit them at that point. Thank you for your understanding.

Do you ship internationally?

Orders can currently be shipped to addresses in the US and Canada. At this time, I am not able to offer other international shipping.

***If you are placing an order to Canada, please be aware that you will likely be responsible for additional fees after your shipment passes through customs. I do not calculate tariffs and other duties, it is your responsibility to determine what additional costs may be applicable prior to placing your order.***

What’s your return policy?

All art sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, please email me with photos and I’ll make it right.

Commissions?

I am not currently taking commissions.

How do I find out when you have any prints or original works available?

I generally give first notice of available works and prints via my email newsletter, and they are available on a first-come-first-served basis.

I have a rotating selection of original works available at Mojave Flea Trading Post in Yucca Valley.

The best way to find out about new work is via my substack or newsletter (below), and I keep an updated exhibition schedule here.

Can I get a print in a larger size?

In most cases, no… but I do offer a small catalog of works in larger print sizes from 16x16” up to 24x24”, on a print-to-order basis. Please email hello@kelseywickwire.com with inquiries. (Custom printing is not something that I am able to offer all the time- thanks in advance for your understanding)

Tattoos?

I offer a “tattoo pass” for folks that want to use one of my existing works for a tattoo design- it’s a way you can support my work in exchange for permission to use the design, and get it tattooed by any tattoo artist willing where ever you are. You can find more info in the “prints” section of my website.

If you are local, or traveling, to Western Montana, you can join my wait list for a hand-poke ceremonial tattoo through Yucca Moon House. I will begin booking clients in summer 2026.
